Esta es la advertencia que lanza el Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) que elabora desde hace tres décadas el llamado Índice de Desarrollo Humano (IDH) y que para su edición de 2020 no obtiene datos esperanzadores.
"El mundo ha visto muchas crisis en 30 años, incluida la financiera de 2008. Todas han golpeado con fuerza al desarrollo humano pero, en general, a nivel global se ha conseguido avanzar cada año", ha explicado Achim Steiner, administrador del PNUD, en un encuentro virtual con periodistas.
